authenticateWithOAuth

suspend fun SignIn.authenticateWithOAuth(provider: OAuthProvider, transferable: Boolean = true, redirectUrl: String = RedirectConfiguration.DEFAULT_REDIRECT_URL): ClerkResult<OAuthResult, ClerkErrorResponse>

Continues this sign-in with an OAuth provider.

Use this when the user has already entered an identifier and then picks a social provider, so the existing sign-in attempt is kept. To start a fresh OAuth sign-in, use com.clerk.api.auth.Auth.signInWithOAuth.

Return

A ClerkResult containing the redirect authentication result on success, or a ClerkErrorResponse on failure.

Parameters

provider

The OAuth provider to authenticate with.

transferable

Whether the flow may turn into a sign-up when the provider account has no Clerk user yet. Defaults to true.

redirectUrl

The native callback URL. Defaults to the callback registered by the SDK. A custom value needs an intent filter that routes it to com.clerk.api.sso.SSOReceiverActivity in the application manifest.
