Sends a password reset code to one of the user's phone numbers.
Return
A ClerkResult containing the updated SignIn object on success, or a ClerkErrorResponse on failure. When phoneNumberId is null, fails without contacting Clerk if there is no such factor. An explicit phoneNumberId is sent as given.
Parameters
phoneNumberId
The ID of the phone number, from a reset_password_phone_code factor in SignIn.supportedFirstFactors. When null, the first such factor is used, whichever phone number it belongs to; use sendResetPasswordCode to pick the factor by its phone number.
