Indicates whether MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) via phone code is enabled.
This setting is configured in your Clerk Dashboard. If enabled, users can add a phone number as a second authentication factor.

true if MFA with phone code is enabled, false otherwise. Returns false if the SDK is not yet initialized.
